Meet The Team
Steven Norrell
Founder
Steven is a Northern California native who has served ranches across the western states. He founded the operation in 2008, committing to bring the best land management strategies to the hands of land owners. A designer and student of ecology, he speaks and teaches about sustainable practices across the United States.
T Barnabas Kane is an award-winning author, environmental designer and landscape architect from Leadville, Colorado. He has spent over 20 years studying and designing systems in the intermountain west, and is the authority on water management, rain water harvesting and landscape sustainability in arid climates.
